If I apply a general discount will this be applied to existing subscriptions?

Yes, the discount percentage will be applied to all existing subscriptions as well as new subscriptions

The percentage applied for existing subscriptions will be seen in the Billing Report for that service, new subscriptions will show the discount applied to the Sales price when being raised
