Add an Acronis Customer on Cloudmore (Broker)

Once you’ve setup your Cloudmore account and have integrated it with your Acronis Cyber Cloud account, you can start adding the organizations you manage to the Cloudmore platform.

To add an organization:

  1. Log into your Cloudmore broker account.

  2. In the left navigation menu, click Manage organizations and select Organizations from the dropdown.

  3. Scroll down to the end of the page and click +New organization on the bottom left.

  4. Type the name of the organization in the Organization display name field.

  5. Type the web domain of the organization in the Primary domain field.

  6. Type the registration number in the Company registration number field.

  7. Type the email address where you want to send notifications regarding the organization’s subscriptions in the Notification email field.

  8. Type the primary contact number for the organization in the Contact phone field.

  9. Click More to display the optional fields if you want to add more details about the organization. Complete the fileds, if required.

  10. Click Create.

After you’ve added the organization, you can assign the Acronis Cyber Cloud service to the organization and start managing their subscriptions.
