Partners who use Cloudmore API endpoints to retrieve billed and ongoing usage reports will need to switch to the new endpoints by the end of January 2025 following the Microsoft usage API updates.
What’s Changing?
In alignment with Microsoft's migration to a new version of their APIs for handling invoice-billed and unbilled commercial consumption line items, Cloudmore will also update our API infrastructure. Specifically, the current endpoints used for retrieving billed and ongoing usage reports will be deprecated. We will introduce new endpoints for getting the consumption data. This change is necessary to continue providing accurate and timely data retrieval that aligns with Microsoft’s new data access frameworks.
Why This Matters:
These updates are crucial as they ensure that your interaction with our platform remains seamless and efficient, even as underlying services evolve. The new API endpoints will offer improved data handling capabilities, ensuring that you receive the most accurate and current usage data directly affecting your financial planning and client billing processes.
Affected Endpoints:
-
GET /api/resellers/{resellerId}/billing/azureonetimeusage/AzureOneTimeInvoice
-
GET /api/resellers/{resellerId}/billing/azureonetimeusage/AzureOneTimeOngoingPeriod
