How to use the integration between Cloudmore & Datto Workplace

Steps

Add Service

To add the Service

  1. As a Broker, open the Marketplace, choose Datto Workplace service, and select “Add Service.”
  2. Adding the Service will create a reseller in Datto Workplace

Add Administrators

You will have to add an administrator in Cloudmore and verify that admin to create subscriptions

1. Open the Datto service in “My services” and go to the “External Admin” tab

2. Choose the desired admin from the list and confirm the action.  

3. If the request is successful, the Broker Admin will receive a Welcome email to access the Datto Reseller Manager portal to activate the account. This will set up a Reseller Admin User in Datto where you can review usage reports and other functionality.

Create Subscription

  1. Login to the Cloudmore broker account.

  2. Click My Services

  3. Search for Datto Workplace and click on the listing.

  4. Click Subscriptions, then Create Subscription

Edit Subscription

Once the Subscription is created, you can edit it to create add-ons or change the number of user licences.

  1. Go to My Services>Datto Workplace>Subscriptions

  2. Select Actions>Edit
  3. Make the desired changes
  4. Select Update 

 

Add Users

  1. Go to My Services>Datto Workplace>Subscriptions

  2. Select Actions>Edit
  3. Select Users and Add
  4. Select Update
