My Cloudmore CSP invoice does not balance with Microsoft. What should I check?

If your invoice does not balance the first step is to very that the invoice numbers match to confirm the correct period has been received. For O365 invoices check that all tenants are linked by going to the Microsoft O365 service and open the Link Tenant to Organizations page and ensure all tenants have been linked. For Azure check the details of the invoice and ensure all organizations that have incurred expenditure have the service attached, a list oforganizations without the service is presented.

If the invoice remains out of balance log a support ticket at support@cloudmore and include your Microsoft PDF invoice and Excel spreadsheets
