My Microsoft Invoice does not reconcile with my CSP O365 Cloudmore Billing data, what should I do?

The most common reason for an imbalance is a Microsoft Tenant not linked to a Cloudmore Organization. Go into the O365 service and go to the Linking screen and link any unlinked Tenants.

Remember this only happens if the Tenant is initially created in the Partner Center, if you create the Organization in Cloudmore all the work is one for you!

Another reason could be a tenant that has left your reseller. If the tenant is removed their data moves with them and can’t be displayed on the Cloudmore Billing reports
