Microsoft (NCE) Billing Report

Microsoft Billing Report available on Cloudmore includes all the billing information for modern Azure and the NCE program.

Note: Billing information for legacy subscriptions are available under Microsoft 365 Legacy reports. Click here to learn more.

To access Microsoft Billing Report:

1. Log into your Cloudmore Broker account.

2. Click Billing on the left navigation menu and select Microsoft Billing > Microsoft billing report.

   

3. The onscreen report displays the following sections: 

   • Sales Trends - Displays the graphical representation of total sales amounts for Azure Plan and New Commerce Experience subscriptions in the last six months. 
     
     

   • Invoices - Displays the list of Microsoft invoice IDs and totals costs of each subscription for their respective billing periods. You can click Actions under each invoice to view detailed breakdown and also to download the report.
     

To manage Microsoft Billing Report settings:

1. From the Cloudmore homepage, click Billing on the left navigation menu and select Microsoft Billing > Microsoft billing settings.
   
   

    

    

2. Select Enable Azure Plan invoice based usage data checkbox to enable direct download of live billing data.

3. Select Show Azure entitlements in billing to display the entitlements in the billing report. To enable this, you need to complete step 2.
