After creating an account in Cloudmore, Acronis brokers/resellers can avail the option to bulk import their customers from the Acronis partner account to Cloudmore. This can be configured while enabling Acronis service integration (refer to Step 6 under the Add Acronis Cyber Cloud to Your Broker section in this article).
Brokers who manage the Acronis service for a large customer base can benefit from this functionality as they don't have to individually add every customer to Cloudmore. You can also later add your customers individually and then add the Acronis service to their account.
Once a broker bulk imports their customers, Cloudmore creates organization accounts for each with their respective subcriptions. If there's already an existing account for the organization, then Cloudmore system will identify that and a duplicate account will not be created.

This functionality will be available only for Brokers who are newly adding the Acronis service, not for those who already have Acronis service in Cloudmore.

All subscriptions will be created in production mode in Cloudmore even if the organization account is in trial mode in Acronis.
